We are experienced in managing all of the details, and will alleviate your shipping concerns with three easy steps:

• Step 1. Confirmation of all shipping information prior to pick up.
• Step 2. Notification upon successful pick up from the intended origin.
• Step 3. Notification upon successful delivery to the intended destination.

Accessibility to shipping information and your MML Representative are available 24 hours a day.

Driver and Carrier Management: For your protection, we maintain up-to-date carrier and driver files in our office. All of our relationships are formed with the exact same pattern of analysis.

Current insurance certificates are given to Multi-Mode from the carriers insurance agent, where we verify valid up to date coverage and we discuss the cargo insurance exemptions that might be on the policy. We check for the proper authority, DOT safety rating, and then sign a contractual agreement clearly spelling out the terms both parties are agreeing to abide by. We work primarily with contract carriers, and require a signed rate confirmation agreement specifying the requirements of the shipment. Instead of being billed by ten different carriers for ten different shipments, you are invoiced the agreed upon rate by only one company - Multi-Mode.

Additional Services: When necessary, we can coordinate your shipment with other Multi-Mode branch offices. For particularly time-sensitive freight, Expedited Service is readily available. For delayed deliveries and/or storage, we offer Warehousing & Cartage. For origins and/or destinations outside the continental U.S., International Services are accessible.
